Terms and Conditions

By logging into Willuwalk mobile application with your Facebook or Apple account, you confirm that you have read the terms of this user agreement (hereinafter: terms), agree to the terms and undertake to comply with them. The terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships between the persons who have registered as users of the mobile application and Wanlig OÜ, the manager of the application.

I Terms

1.1. Willuwalk service provider – Wanlig OÜ (reg. code: 16538121), address Vana-Lõuna 39, Tallinn 10134, contact: hello@willuwalk.app

1.2. Mobile application – Willuwalk, that belongs to Wanlig OÜ.

1.3. Services – services provided by the mobile application, enabling users to meet and counting kilometers walked for participation in the prize draw.

1.4. Conditions – the conditions on the basis of which Wanlig OÜ provides services to users.

1.5. Users – persons who have created an account in the application

II Conditions

2.1. Wanlig OÜ provides users with a free mobile application, through which users can send invitations to other active users for a walk together. Through the use of location data, the kilometers walked by the user are tracked.

2.2. When a user logs in via Facebook or Apple ID, user gives the mobile application access to certain data. Further information on what data Willuwalk collects and uses can be found in our privacy policy.

2.3. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of the login data, and the user is solely responsible for all activities that are performed using this data.

III Prizes and campaigns

3.1. Information about the prizes is presented in the leaderboard view in the mobile application.

3.2. The period during which the collected kilometers are taken into account for the prize draw is indicated in the Info section of the leaderboard view in the mobile application.

3.3. The prize will be drawn among the hundred (100) users who have accumulated the most walking kilometers.

3.4. After the period ends and the prize is drawn, the mobile application starts counting kilometers from zero.

3.5. Wanlig OÜ reserves the right to change all points stated in Part III.

IV User rights and obligations

4.1. The user has the right to:

4.1.1. create an account if the person has never been convicted of a crime, including a sex crime or a crime of violence;

4.1.2. perform all actions enabled by Willuwalk in the mobile application at your own risk in accordance with the law, good practices and conditions;

4.1.3. close the account within thirty days from the notification of the changes at the latest, if not agreed with the changes to the terms and conditions. If the user does not close his account within this period, he is considered to have accepted the changes to the terms.

4.2. The user undertakes:

4.2.1. not to use the mobile application for illegal act(s) or fraud(s).;

4.2.2. provide completely true information when using the mobile application;

4.2.3. not allow third parties to use his account;

4.2.4. use the mobile application for its intended purpose;

4.2.5. in any communication with other users, be careful not to give out your financial information (such as credit card or bank account details) or send money to other users by bank transfer or in any other way;

4.2.6. be solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Willuwalk does not conduct criminal background or other background checks on its users. Willuwalk makes no guarantees about the conduct or suitability of members.

V Rights and obligations of Wanlig OÜ

5.1. Wanlig OÜ has the right to close the accounts of users who have behaved inappropriately.

5.2. For security reasons, we expect users to join the app under their real name. In case of suspicious names, the platform manager reserves the right to terminate such accounts.

5.3. Wanlig OÜ may make changes to these Terms and Conditions. We may do this for various reasons, including due to changes in the law, new features or changed business practices. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on the Settings page in the mobile app. We recommend that you regularly familiarize yourself with the latest version.

5.4. Willuwalk strives to provide a respectful communication experience to its members through features such as two-way consent, which allows users to communicate and meet only after they have sent or accepted an invitation. Willuwalk is not responsible for the conduct of any user while using or outside of the Service.
